Biodiversity Loss

Biodiversity loss Do you know what the world would be like if there were no animals? I'd be crushed. First off, what is biodiversity? Biodiversity is the variety of animals in the world. According to Global Issues ( http://www.globalissues.org/article/171/loss-of-biodiversity-and-extinctions#MassiveExtinctionsFromHumanActivity ) , the number of species of endangered animals in 1999 was 100,000. I "wonder" how it got to this! The truth is, this all happened because of us.  All animals depend on wildlife to survive. For example, shrews in the desert need bush and shrubs. Like bears need berries from bushes. We are all cutting their natural needs down! But you can help this! Like recycling paper! Paper comes from trees! You can save trees by recycling paper! That is just one of the many ways you can help stop biodiversity loss.
