Overpopulation - 4-5/Middle

Overpopulation
By: TGU-Blogger
Think about every problem in the entire world. It's easy, which is bad. What's on the list: Global Warming/Climate Change, Pollution (all types), Traffic, Starvation, Disease, etc. The list is very long. But, a lot of those issues are because of one main issue, Overpopulation. Overpopulation is when there are two many humans, and in this case there are currently 7 billion, 500 million, and that number is still growing by the second.
Now, if you look on The Washington Times, or any other newspaper or news magazine, you'll notice that they hardly touch the subject, especially some people, and there's a good explanation for that. Here's a hint: In some countries there are women in power, and they tend to have less children. That's right, the reason most people won't touch the issue is because of women's rights. They don't want to have women in power, at all, so nobody talks about it. If you go up to a person who is against any female governor, even if they're the best governor in the entire US, and ask them about Overpopulation, they'd probably not give you the answer to this crisis.
Scientist Stephen Hawking says that we have to live in unison with each other. He says, "We have the technology to destroy the Earth, but not to escape it." He is against all wars, since it might wipe out the human species. Things like viruses, wars, and other dangers might destroy the human race, and he is currently working with Billionaire, Elon Musk (heard of him?) to send humans to Mars, through the SpaceX program. Hawking says that the only way of humans to survive, is to colonize on the stars, and Mars. ". "We will not stop making progress, and we can't reverse it, so we have to expand." Hawking says, "If we're a one-planet species we'll be wiped out." Tesla says, "If we're a multi-planet species, it'll be harder to wipe us out."
So, your great-great-great-great-great-great grandchild might be living on Mars, or a different planet.

Please let me know if you have any questions on this issue, we will highlight some questions in a post and answer them in the future. I will respond to all of them, so write as many as you want. I Used:
